Is it really still summer?

Well, the flirting with Autumn is over. Fall is in the air (and on the ground). Football started, and my Gators are 2-0 thus far (can you say repeat?). Oh. And snow started falling today. Yep. Still officially summer, and we have the white stuff coming down like dandruff from the low clouds. The ground, fortunately, is not cold enough for the snow to stick, so it just makes the roads wet (and probably icy by tomorrow morning) and cold for poor people who do a lot of their work outside. Probably didn't help that I forgot my fuzzy Army beanie today - maybe hair would do me some good, too.
