Retro Nose Art

Back in the days of World War II, most American aircraft sported "nose art" - a painting on (or around) the front of the aircraft. As our society has become more and more politically correct - more like overly sensitive - grand traditions like nose art have gradually disappeared to appease people who may or may not have even cared. Nose Art has all but disappeared from the Army's aircraft, but our Aussie brethren carry on this proud tradition:
