Today we knocked out several little projects around the house, mainly plumbing and painting. I had the privilege of climbing a rather tall ladder to paint the trim of the second story and fix the rust problem on the chimney. What a wonderful time! I got to combine my two favorite things on earth - ladders and painting. Anyway, we are one step closer to putting our house on the market, which will happen on 1 December.

Just wait Brian....you will probably have more plumbing chores to do after Dr. J has been there a week! She seems to have a penchant for breaking pipes in your house!!
