Our family left the comfort and familiarity of Colorado nearly ten years ago to live in various spots here in the Southern United States. Upon moving to Florida, we discovered the pleasure (?) of Bubba Burgers. They are the most greasy, yet tasteful, burgers known to man, but are rather disgusting when not cooked on an open grill. Well, I found a new favorite meat dish that qualifies as so good, but sooooooo not good for you. We bought boxed steak strips designed for Philly Cheese Steaks, and cooked them as per the boxed instructions. The meat was heavenly, but literally dripped grease between the pan and the plate. We were out of sandwich buns, and so used tortillas to wrap these slabs of (fat? grease? meat?) sandwich stuffing, not considering the fact that tortillas do not really absorb any fat or grease at all. Needless to say, grease was everywhere after having the four kids dig in. Each of them really liked the food, which is a double-edged sword in this case.
