Christmas Eve is here! Even as I write this, the Jolly old Elf is hitching up his reindeer, and will be taking off from his house here in North Pole as soon as it gets fully dark (sunset was at 2:42 this afternoon). Our family made cookies and frosting today to deliver to some friends as well as for Santa when he makes it back here at the end of his nightly journey. Allison made sure that the cookies and egg nog set aside for the Big Man in Red would be safe with the sign. (sigh) My kids know me all too well...
